This feature is intended to display a graph of the robot code runtime, and it should have a horizontal red line at 20 ms to indicate when the code is taking longer than expected to execute. The goal is to use web socket connections so that the data on the graph refreshes automatically. Currently, the web socket connection is not working, so the current graph displays simulated data. The graph does not appear on the main page consistently.
